Our beef is locally raised and is finished on grass or hay which produces a nutrient rich meat with excellent omega-3 to omega-6 ratio. It is then dry-aged for approximately three weeks ensuring excellent taste and tenderness.

LAMB $14.50 to $19.50 per kg
Our lamb is sold as a half (5 to 7 kg) pack. The lamb is hung for five days and has excellent grass-fed flavor. We offer you the option of gourmet or traditional cuts.

At Greenvale we breed Wessex Saddlebacks and Berkshires in a true free range environment. The Berkshire being heralded as the Wagyu of the pork world and ours comes without the wagyu price tag. Our Pork is naturally moist and tender and does not require moisture injection.
