
Our beef is locally raised and is finished on grass or hay which produces a nutrient rich meat with excellent omega-3 to omega-6 ratio. It is then dry-aged for approximately three weeks ensuring excellent taste and tenderness. Our beef is vacuum-packaged to maintain flavor, labelled and delivered to you at home or your nearest local farmers market.
