Our lamb is sold as a half (5 to 8kg) pack. The lamb is hung for five days and has excellent grass-fed flavor. We offer you the option of gourmet or traditional cuts. All delivered vacuum-packaged.

Gourmet cut is $19.50 per kg and includes a Rolled Shoulder, an Easy Carve Leg, a Frenched Rack of Lamb, Loin Chops, a Mini Roast and a pack of Chump Chops.

Traditional cut is $14.50 per kg and includes a Shoulder (Fore-Quarter) Roast,Base and Fore Leg Roasts, a Rack of Lamb, Loin Chops and a pack of Fore-Quarter Chops.
