Greenvale Homestead was built in the early 1850's and the property originally spanned more than 60,000 acres in the Western District now slightly more humble, the homestead looks over 1150 acres of scenic red gum pasture.

The Hopkins River runs the length of the property and a majestic escarpment overlooks the river, across the property and beyond to the Grampians. Guests are accommodated in the main wing of the old sprawling homestead, built from sandstone with elegant high ceilings and beautiful views across the gardens and tennis court to the ancient red gums and large pines.

The accommodation is ideal for large groups of friends and families, offering a rare opportunity to stay, eat and play together. With five double/queen bedrooms, with all original features, and a bunk room the homestead can accommodate up to 21 people with an additional 4 accommodated in a small self-contained cottage.
